Compulsory cost of in-depth cleaning on departure and/or fortnightly (for long-term stays) of your gîte by the owner. This option will be automatically added to your booking voucher if you have omitted to tick it. For long stays, cleaning costs per fortnight will be charged in addition.

The availability of the gîtes is guaranteed from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. Arrivals before 5 p.m. will be subject to the availability of the gîtes. Early arrivals from 3 p.m. are possible depending on availability on the day of arrival and for a fee plus applicable taxes.

Late departures, up to 12 noon, may be authorized on the same day, depending on availability and for a fee, plus applicable taxes. Any late departure (after 12 noon) will result in a charge equivalent to one night at the displayed rate, plus applicable taxes.

Pets are accepted upon prior request and under strict conditions .

Applicable supplement:

• €70 for a stay of up to 7 nights

Rules for welcoming pets

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, both human and animal, we thank you for respecting the following rules during your stay with your pet:

1. Pets allowed :
   Only one pet (dog or cat) is allowed per reservation, with the owner's prior agreement. Please specify the breed and size of the animal when booking.
2. Behavior :
   The animal must be calm, sociable and clean . Any animal deemed aggressive or noisy may be refused.
3. Cleanliness :
   Owners are required to pick up droppings of their animal in the garden or around the gîte, and to throw them in the bins provided for this purpose.
4. Hygiene :
   Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs, or in bathrooms . Please provide suitable bedding for your pet.
5. Wet weather :
   In case of rain or muddy ground, your pet must be dried thoroughly before entering the cottage , in order to maintain the cleanliness of the premises. Please bring a suitable towel.
6. Monitoring :
   Animals should never be left alone in the lodge without supervision, even for a short time.
7. Common places :
   If other guests are present, animals must be kept on a leash in the common areas or outside the gîte.
8. Damages :
   Any damage caused by an animal will be the responsibility of its owner.
9. Vaccination :
   Animals must be up to date with their vaccinations and treated against parasites (fleas, ticks, worms, etc.).

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
